RETURN POLICY

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE ITEM TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS APPROVED OTHERWISE BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.
MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION; MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE WORN, STAINED, AND/OR DAMAGED.
CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS APPROVED BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP.

SHIPPING TIMES REFLECT AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED AND PICKED UP BY THE POST OFFICE. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU CHOOSE EXPRESS ONE DAY SHIPPING, YOUR SHIPPING TIME FRAME APPLIES ONCE IT IS DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE.
